On the VIO mobile app, look for the device for which you would like to factory reset.
Tap on the '...' button on the top right-hand corner of the screen as shown below.
Tap on 'Remove Device'.
Tap on 'Disconnect and wipe data'.
Your device is now reset and disconnected from the VIO app. You will need to pair your device to your network again to use this device. You may refer to our guide on 'How do I add or remove device on VIO mobile app?' guide to pair your device.
