Presently, there is no option available in your VIO account to allow you to change your payment method. Take note that your credit card used for your subscription is permanent and it cannot be changed.
However, in the event that you really need to change your payment method in your VIO account, you will have to 'My Subscriptions' and manage your existing subscription and checkout with the same items as your currently subscribed plan. This way, you will be billed for your subscription in full, and your bill for the next month will be pro-rated based on value of your remaining subscription dates for your original plan
Example: Smith subscribed to 3 units of Lucid Single on 1st January 2020 with credit card A. However, he realised that he needed to change his credit card used to pay for his subscription plan. He thus managed his existing subscription and checks out with the same 3 units of lucid Single with credit card B on 15th January 2020. His new subscription start day will thus be on 15th January 2020 and he will be billed in full for the 3 units of Lucid Single. On his next billing date, 15th February 2020, he will be billed for the 3 units of Lucid Single less the value of the 3 units of Lucid Single from 16th January 2020 (his new subscription start date) to 31st January 2020 (his old subscription end date). This way, Smith is not paying any additional charges.
